There may be situations where management has a legitimate reason to refuse, cancel, or discontinue any booking for the safety of customers, policy, or legal purposes.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
The guests have to adhere to the standard check-in and check-out times that have been communicated to them during booking. The accommodation might allow you early check-in or late check-out, depending on availability, and you might be charged additionally for this. Before coming to the property, the guests are advised to check their reservation, dates, and the number of people staying with them.
4. Payment Terms
You can pay through UPI, authorised payment gateways, or cash (if applicable) at the Dharamshala. We neither save, nor have access to your bank cards; all your digital payments are made securely through independent authorised third-party payment gateways. As per government rules, applicable taxes and charges will be added. Automatic cancellation of your booking may result from payment failure or declination.
5. Cancellation & Refund
The cancellation and refund policies are made known to the customer on booking and depend on the selected plan. Some bookings cannot be refunded, while others can be refunded only partially. If a guest does not show up (i.e., fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without notifying the Dharamshala in advance), no refund will be issued unless the booking confirmation specifies otherwise.
6. Guest Responsibilities
Guests should observe good manners and be polite to employees, other guests, and the whole property of the Dharamshala. The premises are there for the sole and proper use of the guests. However, management can decide to limit use or temporarily close the facility for maintenance, safety, or operational reasons. Parking is at your own risk. Please do not forget that guests must follow the rules for the common and shared facilities.
8. Privacy & Security
All personal data obtained during the booking or stay is treated in line with our Privacy Policy. Your use of our website or services indicates your agreement to such data collection and use. To ensure the safety of guests and property, CCTV surveillance may be installed below stairs.
9. Limitation of Liability
BIRLA DHARAMSHALA AYODHYA will not take any responsibility for the loss or theft of personal belongings, natural disasters, weather problems, or other events beyond our control. In the case of any liability, it will not exceed the amount you have paid for the booking.

Breaking these rules may be a ground for immediate removal from the premises without a refund.
